Sealencieux - Gîte for 6 to 8 people, a stone's throw from the port

Sealencieux is an annex to a traditional Valéry-style house, ideally located in the town center and a 1-minute walk from the port and the bay of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme. Designed like a family home, the apartment is warm and comfortable, offering a modern décor while retaining its old-world charm. It can accommodate up to 8 people (sofa bed in the living room). The apartment has been renovated with care to respect the style of the 18th-century house, preserving the character of the small antique doors and split levels. You will find all the expected comforts, including hotel-quality bedding and linens. The decor evokes a family home atmosphere so that travelers feel right at home. The cottage is located on a private property; you have to climb about ten steps from the garden to reach the apartment. At the top of the stairs is a small terrace with a table and two chairs. On the first floor, you will find the dining room open to the kitchen and the living room (with a sofa bed). There is also a separate toilet. A double bedroom has two single beds (80cm) that can be combined into one double bed (160x200cm) with a mattress topper. All beds can be configured as two single beds or one queen-size bed (160 cm) for two people (please request this arrangement in advance so we can prepare the beds to your liking). Upstairs you will find another bedroom with a wardrobe, a separate bathroom with a shower and sink, and at the end of the corridor, a master suite with its own private bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine, and toilet). The master suite has a partial view of the harbor, as does the dining room below. The other bedrooms overlook the garden. The best part? The possibility of booking a massage on the property (subject to availability). Bed linen and bath towels are included in your reservation. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request (we do not provide bed linen for the travel cot). For your information, the cleaning fee includes linen. Linen (sheets, towels, bath mat, and dish towel) as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price. Booking implies prior reading and acceptance of all the terms of the listing.
