We arrived unexpectedly late at the property and David kindly stayed to hand over the keys (thank you!). Property proudly sits as part of the camp site, which was perfect as we were right opposite the childrens play area! Huge property for the five of us, had to give the place an airing and a bit of a clean when we arrived but nothing too drastic!) Lovely place to stay, quiet location, close to Bay de Somme, which we would highly recommend, especially having a go at the mini golf :-)

A Quiet home for a family vacation inside a camping site

We stayed for a weekend in this home. We were 2 families of friends travelling with young adults. We were looking for a place to stay in the area of the Somme bay and begun our search pretty late into the vacation season. Little did we know at the time, that the area is one of the most sought-for areas for a vacation during August. We were lucky to find this place vacant, and we were lucky that the place accepted pets as we brought our labrador to this weekend. The welcome was warm, professional and answered all our needs, including recommendations of things to do. the place was clean, and linen and towels were provided (with extra payment due). The Wi-Fi coverage could have been better; and yet there are people who prefer not to have full access during their vacation. It would have been nice to know that the house is located within a camping site, so this wouldn't be a surprise (not that it was bothering in any way shape or form). We highly recommend coming to the area of the bay of the Somme river - it has lots of Natural attractions; a lot of trails to walk and is saturated with historical sites (most of which are from WW1 era, and are very interesting). It fits those who would like to have a very relaxed vacation on the one hand, as well as those who would like to explore the area and learn its heritage, on the other.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. Il manquait juste de la vaisselle (saladier et plats) car nous étions 10 personnes...cependant c'est un endroit très agréable et la région est superbe

Logement spacieux et agréable pour 4 couples et 2 bébés. Chauffage appréciable. La possibilité de profiter des jeux d'extérieur du camping (situés juste en face du gîte) est un plus. Nous recommandons !

Très belle ancienne maison très bien située pour découvrir la région de la baie de somme. Elle était très bien adapté à notre famille composée de 6 adultes et 3 enfants de 3 à 5 ans. Terrain de jeux du camping juste en face de la maison, où on pouvait surveiller les enfants depuis le salon et la cuisine. Vraiment appréciable. Il manque juste une machine à laver mais on a utilisé la laverie

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison de charme parfaite pour accueillir une famille avec des enfants. La salle de séjour est très agréable et les chambres également. La maison est relativement bien équipée et nous avons pu passer un agréable réveillon de Noël. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

Une location tout à fait convenable, à l'exception de 2 points très dommageables qui mériteraient d'être précisés dans l'annonce: - En aucun cas cette location ne peut se targuer de proposer du Wi-Fi. Tous les appareils que nous avions avec nous, de nos téléphones aux ordinateurs, en passant par des tablettes, n'ont pu se connecter au Wi-Fi. Nous avions un impératif de location avec Wi-Fi et avons éliminé lors de notre sélection, bon nombre de locations ne proposant pas de Wi-Fi ! Il n'est donc pas correct de mentionner le WiFi dans l'annonce. - Il serait bon de préciser que cette location se trouve dans un camping. Compte tenu de la période, cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous car celui-ci était presque inoccupé, mais cela mériterait d'être dit. Par ailleurs, il est à noter qu'une chambre était absolument inutilisable car présence de très nombreuses guêpes apparaissant de l'intérieur, mais d'où ??? Heureusement nous étions en sous-occupation.

Le gîte est agréable et spacieux ,bien situé mais il n’est pas propre. Les placards de la cuisine étaient collants à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur. Les couverts ,assiettes,verres et ustensiles ne sont pas propres non plus. Le lave vaisselle contenait dans son fond une eau sale. Les vitres du gîte sont très sales également . L’état des salles de bain était plutôt mieux mis à part les wc de l’etage qui sentent mauvais.
