About this house rental
House in the center of the beach of BERCK.
You put the car down and the beach and the shops are waiting for you: the beach is within walking distance less than 300 metres away, the Wednesday and Saturday market is within walking distance of less than 200 metres, and Rue Carnot, the main shopping street of Berck Plage, is within walking distance of less than 250 metres.
Seal beach within walking distance 1.5 km from the beach and 5 minutes by car
All the entertainment on the beach is within walking distance within 300 metres.
Activities are offered from April to October: the international kite meetings in April at the carriage driving competition, concerts, beach cross, various parades... The municipality of Berck plans activities for young and old every weekend during these 6 months.
Our house is set back from the street with an independent courtyard equipped: garden furniture, wood-burning barbecue (WEBER), outdoor tap, parasol, bicycle rack, dartboard.
In the house, we offer 4 bedrooms for a possible 10 beds.
On the first floor:
* 1 bedroom with double bed (160*200) giving access to the inner courtyard through a French window with roller shutter. This room is equipped with a connected TV and adjoins the downstairs bathroom.
* 1 independent living room with 2 sofas and a smart TV. High-speed wifi in all rooms.
* 1 Equipped kitchen with possibility of plancha, raclette, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Tassimo.
* 1 large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
* 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs:
* 1 large children's bedroom with table football and multi-sports table (billiards, table tennis,....) Equipped with a DVD TV, board games and Scrooge type books, the couhcage is composed of a triple bunk bed and a single bed
* 1 bedroom with a 140*200 bed with dressing room,
* 1 bedroom with an 80*200 bed and a drawer allowing a double bed of 160*200
* 1 shower room with toilet.
Paid parking on the street since 2023 but will be paid for by the owner up to a vehicle when booking.
Please note that this house is not suitable for people with disabilities.

We were four (two adult and two kids / teens) and a dog. The house was actually too big for the few of us, it worked well, tho. There are three bedrooms (double beds in each) + a "kids" room with bunk beds (four sleeping spots). Very functional property, everything you need is there, including extras sich as bbq, games, and a few more.
Quiet part of town, yet still central and walking distance to the beach.
Cons: no true cons with the property itself. Other:no parking on the property and parking in the street or on one of the nearby parking lots is a challenge on busy days.
