About this house rental
A charming, authentic early 20th-century Berck-style villa, tastefully decorated.
Specially designed to accommodate our family: we have four children, including a baby. Everything is provided to ensure we have a wonderful time in the best possible conditions.
It’s sure to be perfect for your stay with family or friends.
A cozy, 110m² home that’s easy to live in.
Access to the house via a smart lock.
A code will be provided upon your arrival. No need to worry about keys during your entire stay.
On the first floor:
A large living/dining room
1 large, very comfortable sofa bed + 1 extra sofa + 2 armchairs
Coffee table
Large dining table with two benches that can seat 12 people
Balcony with ocean view! (Side view)
Reading material for the whole family
Smart TV (Molotov, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime...)
Fiber-optic Wi-Fi available during your stay (we sometimes work remotely from here; the connection is very fast)
Hallway with access to the upper floors, secured with child safety gates that can be removed if you don’t need them

1 bedroom with dresser / double bed / desk and vanity / window
On the first floor:
A 20-square-meter “sand room” where you can take off your shoes and coats and store strollers, kites, beach toys, and more
Vacuum cleaner
A light-filled courtyard off the hallway leading to a laundry room with an 8-kilo Samsung “Eco Bubble” washing machine and dryer.
Upon request, we can provide a travel crib (in addition to the crib located in one of the bedrooms).
A lightweight stroller.
The house is fully equipped.
Included in the price are: dish towels, bath mats, comforters, and pillows; however, bed linens and bath towels are not provided.
To ensure the property remains clean for all guests, we charge a cleaning fee of €80 to €100 per stay, in addition to the rental price.
Pets are allowed but remain your responsibility, and your security deposit will be held if any damage is found (such as stains or odors requiring dry cleaning, for example).
Parking is now metered in Berck. The large parking lots a few meters from the house are in the orange zone. You can purchase a 7-day parking pass for €20. The pass must be purchased on the city’s website: berck.fr/stationner-a-berck-sur-mer at the bottom of the page ;)

My family enjoyed this propery. The hosts were caring. We didn't realise that we would have to bring bedding (duvet covers, etc.) but a call to the host , Lucie, and her parents solved the problem for us. The one problem we had was that the listing didn't mention that to get to the bathrooms required very careful navigation as the tops of the stairs were right outside the bathroom doors. Had my wife been with us she would have had to sleep on a settee in the lounge as she couldn't manage the stairs. That apart, we enjoyed our stay. There is a superb bakery on Rue Carnot, 5 minutes walk away, a very good and cheap Japanese restaurant just down the road and an excellent Italian called Pinochio a short drive away.

- alles fußläufig erreichbar
- für ein Kurztrip war das Haus ok, könnte etwas Pflege gebrauchen
- für Kinder alles im Haus vorhanden
- an warmen Tage sehr viel los an der Promenade
- Vermieterin hat bei allen Anliegen sofort geantwortet
