About this house rental
Ideally located in the city center, in a quiet area, and just 2 minutes from the beach, Villa Alexandra is a brand-new property where every detail has been carefully selected for your comfort: Farrow & Ball paints, high-end bedding, leather sofas, Moroccan zellige tiles, washed-linen bedding, and more
Facing due south, a large courtyard terrace featuring exotic wood and sun-drenched pavers awaits you—the perfect spot for large gatherings in the sun or for extending your evenings while enjoying the tranquility of summer.
Welcoming, comfortable, and very bright, the house features a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the first floor, and a large living room with an open kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a large double bed and an en suite bathroom, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and an adjacent bathroom.
To accommodate up to 8 people, an additional space—with a separate entrance opening onto the courtyard terrace—is available as a duplex, featuring a bright bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom. This is an ideal space for older children or guests who prefer to have their own private space separate from the rest of the group.
