About this house rental

Are you a nature lover, looking for authenticity? We open the doors of our fully renovated fisherman's house to you. Eco-responsible, it combines modernity and comfort. Located in one of the oldest streets in Crotoy, the house is 350 m walk from the beach and the old port, and 150 m from shops.
Household included. Sheets / towels / linens included.
Arrival: 4 p.m. / Departure: 11 a.m.
Deposit: 300 €
Street parking, for a fee.

We can accommodate up to 7 people: upstairs, we have two bedrooms with double beds (140 and 160), and a bedroom with trundle bunk beds. We provide free childcare equipment (high chair, travel cot and safety barrier).
The total area is 90 m², 55 of which are on the ground floor for the main room. Ideal for sharing moments with family or friends.
The American kitchen is fully equipped (Thermomix type robot, juicer, electric mixer, etc.).
The icing on the cake: the walls of the ramparts of the old town line our garden. We also offer two adult bikes, two children's bikes (16 and 20 inches), scooters (adults and children), children's inflatable pool, children's inflatable boat and barbecue.

Super emplacement. Maison absolument fantastique. Moderne, super bien décorée, équipement au top, literie aussi. On s'y est senti à l'aise directement. Le projecteur est un sacré atout, surtout avec mes ados. J'ai eu droit au "waouw" de leur part. Donc rien que pour ça, merci aux proprios ! Une adresse de référence en Baie de Somme !

Alles is aanwezig om van een zorgeloze vakantie te genieten. Makkelijk fris te houden door de automatische rolluiken. Een leuk en goed onderhouden tuintje met alles om fijne avonden buiten te beleven. (BBQ, speelgoed voor de kleintjes...) Zelfs met 2 volwassenen en 4 tieners had je nog een ruim gevoel. Le Crotoy is Een fijn dorpje waar je uren langs het water kan wandelen. We hebben genoten van de rust. Het onthaal gebeurde op een rustige en vriendelijke manier. Bij problemen mocht je altijd contact opnemen met de eigenaar.

Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus. Es ist zentral gelegen, optimal ausgestattet und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und werden gerne wiederkommen. --- Merci pour le bon temps dans cette grande maison. Il est situé dans le centre, parfaitement équipé et techniquement à la pointe de la technologie. Nous avons apprécié les vacances et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

La prestation proposée est excellente, maison bien entretenue. La situation géographique est parfaite (commerces de proximité, plage, supermarché, port accessibles à pied). Rien ne manque, et la maison est également bien pourvue en ce qui concerne l'accueil des enfants. Pour résumer, il suffit de poser ses bagages et de profiter des vacances. Location à recommander.

Belle maison neuve, très bien équipée pour une famille avec jeunes enfants. Bel emplacement, proche de tout, on peut tout faire à pieds même avec des petits... Glacier à 150m, les enfants ont adoré manger une petite glace après le repas :) Coffre à jouets dans la chambre et caverne d'Ali Baba dans la jardinerie ! Nous sommes extrêmement ravis de cette location et n'hésiteront pas à la reprendre si nous repassons dans le coin... Encore merci de nous faire se sentir comme chez nous :) Chloé et sa famille

Après une petite heure de frayeur au démarrage puisque nous n’arrivions pas à joindre les propriétaires et que nous n’avions pas l’adresse... tout s’est bien passé. La maison, particulièrement bien équipée et décorée avec goût, est idéalement située dans le centre du Crotoy. La literie est excellente, la cuisine parfaitement équipée, il ne manque rien ! Très belle région. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Très belle maison, joliment décorée;super équipée tant au niveau de l'espace cuisine que l'espace salon, lits confortables. Très agréable d'avoir pu louer et draps et essuis de bain. Accueillis avec des produits du terroir, ce qui fait vraiment plaisir aussi, sans compter que tout le "matériel jardin" était disponible également. Une casserole et une poêle plus grandes seraient éventuellement à prévoir si on souhaite cuisiner pour 6. A recommander :-)

Notre séjour en famille au mois d'août 2018 dans cette maison a été très apprécié. Une maison entièrement refaite, avec goût et des matériaux de qualité. Équipements haut de gamme complet (cuisine, salle de bain, video projecteur, box, wi-fi ...) Accessoires pour enfant en bas âge (lit bébé, barrière, chaise haute ....) Maison dans le centre ville du Crotoy (à 2mn à pieds des commerces et du port) mais dans une rue extrêmement calme. Trés bonne insonorisation de la maison / Voisinage très calme. Excellent accueil par le propriétaire, John. Dans cette maison, on se sent chez nous. Rien à dire. Merci.

Un grand merci à nos hôtes qui par leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont su faire de se séjour une très bonne éxperience. Maison parfaite : tout est neuf et très bien équipé, et le jardin est très agréable, bien exposé et au calme. Plein de jeux pour les enfants, super petite piscine gonflable :) Commerces très proches et les deux plages du Cortoy également. Donc super !
