House of character in the Quercy. This former water mill from 1668 has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished with antiques in the region. The mill has kept its authenticity and is equipped with modern comforts. It can accommodate comfortably up to 12 people in a calm and relaxing environment.
The mill with an area of 240 m² on two levels, is surrounded by an open yard of 6000 m2. It is cradled by the music of the creek "The Frégette" and pleasantly refreshed in the summer by water from three ponds. The Lot flows gently down the field. The above ground pool allows you to relax.
The mill, located in the hamlet of River along the Lot, has a private plot on the banks of the river.
This quiet and secluded charming place is ideal to meet with family or friends. It is a dream place for fishermen.
The land is not closed. We can not accept pets.
Shops and services are nearby: Figeac (8 km), Capdenac-Gare (8 km).
The mill was rated 3 stars by prefecture in 2017 and registered to host 12 people.

We had a very lovely stay. The property and garden were quite magical. Pool was very well maintained and much needed with the hot weather we had. The home is well equipped and we lacked for nothing. Highly recommended.

Une maison de famille magnifiquement entretenue où nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Tout est parfait. La propriété est grande, la piscine toute neuve. L’ensemble est d’une propreté soignée. L’accueil est chaleureux et plus que parfait. Il faut quand même mentionner la route assez passante juste devant le moulin, entre celui-ci , le Lot et le parking, qui nécessite une attention pour les enfants. La région est magnifique et offre de multiples points d’intérêts. Vivement recommandé pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Jolie maison où on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Propriétaires et personnes qui nous accueillent sur place très sympathiques. Et évidemment la région qui est très belle. Je suis ravie de mon séjour.

Maison très agrandie. Nous y avons séjourné 2 familles il y’a beaucoup d’espace c’etait très agréable
Le moulin est de plus très bien équipé que ce soit en vaisselle ou en jeux
L’exterieur est plein de charme avec ses 2 lacs et ses belles pierres
$$$$
