About this house rental
A large comfortable family friendly house with garden and pool in the picturesque village of Calvignac close to the River Lot and 10km from St-Cirq-Lapopie. A big open plan layout means lots of room for fun and relaxation. Next to the pool is a pool house (cabane) with kitchenette, bbq and pizza oven. The attractive market town of Cajarc is only 10 km and the historic towns of Cahors, Figeac and Villefranche-la-Rouerge as well as thé Grotte du Pech Merle are within an easy drive.
The house has a large open plan dining/sitting area with a table seating 12 people, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. Two double doors lead to the West facing front terrace with outside table and chairs so you can watch the sun setting.
The well-equipped kitchen with two fridge/freezers, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave leads on to the East facing terrace with another outside table so you can enjoy the morning sun.
There are two double bedrooms, a toilet and large bathroom with separate shower and bath on the ground floor. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, two shower rooms and one toilet.
Downstairs in the basement is the laundry with washing machine and games room with pool table, a cool place to be in the summer heat. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

Lovely spacious Gite in a phenomenal location close to the Lot. Air con and fans in the rooms make it comfortable even in the hottest weather. Plenty of space for larger groups. We’re just two couples but the Gite offered privacy. Good facilities such as pool, pool room, bbq, washer, dryer etc and games room also. Gardens were extensive with vegetables growing fresh. The Gite offered 2 areas for outside seating at either side of the property with 1 permanently covered and the other (closest to the kitchen) with a motorised cover to provide shade.
