About this house rental
Gîte, great comfort, 3 ears, composed of 2 buildings, the barn can accommodate 15 people and the house 6 people. These 2 cottages are located in the countryside for your holidays with friends, family or seminars in a pleasant place in the middle of nature.
We can accommodate 21 people in 10 soundproofed bedrooms with a shower room and a toilet for each of them.
In the barn:
- on the first floor, a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, ...), a living room with 4 sofas, a television, a DVD player, and two large country tables for the dining room.
Two bedrooms with a shower room/WC for each of them. One is accessible to a person with reduced mobility.
- upstairs, a small reading lounge area with a view and direct access to the swimming pool., then 6 bedrooms with, for more privacy and comfort, a shower room/WC in each. All the bedrooms have a different décor.
In the house, it is accessed by a beautiful stone staircase.
Inside, a large room with "the cantou" and "the scullery" emblematic elements of Quercy houses. It can be used as a games room, there is also a table football and some board games.
There is also a laundry area with washing machine, dryer,...
Upstairs, two attic bedrooms with always a shower room/WC in each.
The courtyard:
It is castinated to play beautiful games of pétanque. On sunny days you can enjoy grilled meats, for this you have the choice between the barbecue or the plancha. You will sit around the garden furniture in the shade of the pergola and the albizzia .
The swimming pool:
It measures 12 meters / 6 meters with a flat bottom and a depth of 1.50 meters. It is secured by an alarm and fenced with a fence and a gate.
The cottage is located in an enclosed area of about 3000 m², with a volleyball court on part of the lawn.
