About this villa rental
Large and beautiful recent comfortable villa with swimming pool, quiet, located in a residential area of the town of Peymeinade near the city center on foot.
The house is located in a green setting of 2000 m2. The exposure is ideal and offers permanent sunshine.
Direct access (electric gate) ensuring secure parking for several vehicles.
For your leisure, you can enjoy the barbecue, the large swimming pool area located near the kitchen, living room and summer bathroom, numerous terraces, as well as a ping-pong area.
The villa is ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people. It is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- Air-conditioned living room with dining area, fireplace lounge area and bar / TV area, equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, nespresso ...)
- Separate toilets,
- 1 parental bedroom 140cm bed with dressing room and private bathroom and TV,
- Contemporary swimming pool 8m x 4m in outdoor patio, deckchairs, pool house with equipped summer kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet, gas barbecue and laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
- Large covered terrace and outdoor terraces.
Upstairs :
- Main entrance,
- 1 child's bedroom with 140cm loft bed,
- 1 bedroom with 140cm bed,
- 1 bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate toilets.
- Enclosed parking with electric gate, free and unlimited WiFi internet access.

- 5 minutes from the center of the village on foot (cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, food merchants, banks ...)

Rental conditions:
The rental period is provided for periods of 1 to 2 weeks depending on the season (1995 € per week).
A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required to reserve and the rest of the balance is due minimum 8 weeks before the arrival date.
Wifi and all charges are included (except final cleaning € 80).
Bed and bath linen can be provided at an additional cost.
A deposit of 2000 € is requested by check and will only be cashed for possible damage.
A rental contract will be established.
No animals and non-smoking house.

Super vacation house with outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. Close possibilities for visits at the sea side as well in the mountains. Very nice hosts making sure the stay is well organized and open to help to provide addresses to nice restaurants, visits

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette magnifique maison.

Beautiful villa with different areas for relaxation and eating, lovely pool and table tennis that kept us all occupied for 10 days! (including teenagers!) They also liked the ice and filtered water on tap, so we stayed well hydrated.
The village was great too, supermarket, bars and friendly boulangerie and only 10mins drive to the beautiful town of Grasse. We didn't need to eat out as we cooked every night on the barbecue, which was so easy.
I'd just advise any Brits/northerners to take some mosquito spray for the warm summer evenings but no problem during the daytime.
We had a great time and the hosts were very friendly and kind. We would happily go again for the tranquillity and calm.

Als Familie mit 3 Kindern hat uns das Ferienhaus in Peymeinade sehr gut gefallen.
Das eingezäunte Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße und hat durch die elektrischen optisch geschlossenen Torzufahrten mit Elektroantrieb, die Innenhofsituation um den Pool und den überdachten Eingangsbereich ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist gut nutzbar und nachts beleuchtet. Die Außenküche und der Außen-Gasgrill sorgen für großen Kochspaß. Der Außenkühlschrank spendet Wasser und Eiswürfel. Eine großzügige Außendusche im Anbau und eine Toilette am Poolbereich komplettieren das Gesamtbild.
Die Wohnräume im Haus waren großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns standen 3 Schlafzimmer mit französischen Betten (1,40m) zur Verfügung.
Auf beiden Stockwerken des Hauses standen uns jeweils ein Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette zur Verfügung.
Wir durften während unseres Aufenthalts die Tomaten täglich frisch ernten.
Zum Bäcker und die Läden des täglichen Bedarfs war es nur ein kurzer Gang in den Ortskern. Ein Intermarche Supermarkt mit breitem Angebot am Ortseingang Richtung Grasse war gut zu erreichen.
Der Ort Peymeinade ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Grasse, in die Verdonschlucht, nach Cannes oder Nizza.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, spricht gut deutsch und hält das Grundstück in einem äußerst gepflegten Zustand.
