About this house rental
Beautiful Provencal house located in quiet Peymeinade.
Large family home for 8 people, panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
In a very quiet residential area but 5 minutes drive from all amenities (bakeries, butcher, restaurants, supermarkets, medical services ...). Our Provencal house is located on the balconies of the French Riviera 9 km from Grasse, 10 km from Lake St. Cassian, 20 km from the beaches of Cannes and 42 km from Nice airport. The entrance is secured by two gates and the property has no direct vis-à-vis.
It has a large bright living room, a kitchen and 4 spacious double bedrooms all with direct access to one of the terraces surrounding the house.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and 2 separate toilets. Two of these rooms are equipped with a bed of 160 cm, the last of a retractable bed of 140 cm.
The fourth bedroom is in the attic and air conditioned; it has an independent access, a 160 cm bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom with W. C.
The dominant position of the house offers a superb view of the green hills. The terraced garden of 31 ares welcomes an infinity pool (10m x 4.5m), a petanque and a poolhouse with summer kitchen, plancha, covered terrace for dining, bathroom and WC The land also has a large parking area and a garage attached to the house.
Secure swimming pool (alarm and gates), baby equipment available.
Are included: bed linen, towels and pool and cleaning the house at the end of rental.

Stylishly furnished property with marble floors. Infinity pool with amazing view. Beautiful space for outdoor cooking, sitting and dining. Four double bedrooms. One with A/C and one with fan. Lots of French windows to open in the day to let breeze through. Lovely place to stay and even nicer than pictures.

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und großem Pool.
Gute Ausstattung und wunderbare, ruhige Umgebung mit herrlicher Aussicht.
Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben.
Bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto ab Grasse nicht dem Navi folgen ( sonst sehr enge und kurvige 2km), sondern bis Peymeinade Ort fahren und dann das Navi wieder einschalten.
Sehr gutes Restaurant "Paradiso" in Peymeinade.

Maison très joliment meublée dans un quartier calme, avec une vue magnifique et une terrasse spacieuse. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise et nous reviendrons à tout moment.
