Domaine du Grand Vallon: A farmhouse and a house for gathering and sharing We can welcome you to this charming, spacious Provençal estate, peacefully situated on 8000m² of gardens and woodland. Located in a large garden adjoining the farmhouse, the fully air-conditioned Provençal house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite and have a separate bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large reception room suitable for meals. It can accommodate 9 people. The house has a large covered terrace. A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal. The house has Wi-Fi. This estate is perfectly suited for a large family gathering, a reunion with friends, or a fantastic holiday where several families can spend time together while still enjoying some privacy. That's why we also rent the farmhouse and the house separately. The property is just a 10-minute walk from the center of the thriving village of Peymeinade, where you'll find a supermarket, numerous small shops, as well as several bars, cafes, and restaurants. There's a weekly market selling local produce, clothing, and souvenirs. Peymeinade is an ideal base for exploring the treasures of the French Riviera, the Alpes-Maritimes, and the Var. Peymeinade is only 5 km from Grasse, with its famous perfume factories to visit, spectacular views of the French Riviera all the way to the sea, and the winding cobbled streets of the old town. The nearest beaches are a half-hour drive away (Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins). The magnificent Saint-Cassien lake, 15 minutes away, also offers excellent opportunities for swimming and water sports. In winter, the ski resorts of Gréolières-les-Neiges and Andon are about an hour's drive away, and Valberg, Auron, Isola 2000 and La Foux d'Allos are about two hours away.
