The best view you can not even dream about

The property space is amazing, with table tennis, tennis court and a lot of little tables and sits all around the property to enjoy the view from any point possible. There were also other visitors at the hotel but we still felt very privacy and could enjoy some calmness. And you can see some goats on the property next to the hotel, which adds point.

The small room with a garden view on the ground floor is a great for its price and you spend a lot of time by the pool or enjoying the view, but we would wish we booked a bigger room

A perfect combination of breathtaking views, warm hospitality, and a well equipped and comfortable apartment.

The stunning mountain top view over Cannes and the sea was unforgettable. The apartment was perfectly equipped to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The large fridge with freezer was a real plus, my wine was perfectly chilled, and my wife and daughter enjoyed their ice creams kept nice and cold. Our hosts, Valérie and her daughter, were extremely friendly and eager to share tips about great local outings. We didn’t see them often, but from the first moment we spoke to them we felt genuinely welcome. Actually we will return in the future!

Charming and beautiful with good facilities, but the room is not great.

The charm, the view and the facilities were great.

The room was not that clean and had a bad smell of mold. In general, the room felt a bit moist, particularly the bathroom. The bed was absolutely rock hard.

Stunning location, but completely ruined by awful management

The location of this property is truly exceptional. The garden is lush and peaceful, with an atmosphere that feels almost magical. The views are absolutely stunning — this place could easily be a dream destination. Unfortunately, the entire experience was ruined by terrible management. The manager did not answer the phone for an entire week, despite repeated attempts to contact her. When she finally appeared, she was arrogant, rude, and had a generally nasty attitude. Completely unhelpful, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in the guests' comfort or well-being. The apartment was also in very poor condition in terms of cleanliness. There were ants and insects everywhere, including in the kitchen and bathroom. Dust, stains, and an overall neglected feeling made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. This place has incredible potential, but as long as it’s run like this — with no communication, no hospitality, and total disrespect for guests — I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Calm stay with wonderful views and surroundings in the hills. Close to all you need.

The place is situated in the hills in gate-closed area. - We enjoyed the neat gardens, little fountains and nice seating areas around the whole property. - The host is very kind and nice and even allowed us to stay a bit longer (until 14:00) to enjoy the last day at the swimming pool soaking in wonderful views towards Grasse and Cannes. Much appreciated! - The Grasse and small town Cabris in nearby to have a dinner at the restaurants or cafes. - Highly recommend this place if willing to get peaceful, comfortable rest in beautiful property. Wish we booked this place for more days. Thank you for everything.

Unexpected cleaning requirement

The views were stunning and the place had a relaxing atmosphere. Good connection to Cannes by car. The owner allowed for late check in and check out which was very appreciated.

On check out the owner asked us to wash the dishes and take out the rubbish. This was unexpected as this information is not stated anywhere on Booking, there is also no note to specify this requirement in the room and the bill had a 25 eur cleaning fee... . Therefore we were very surprised by this. The rubbish bins were far away from the room as well.

Beautiful house with the most fantastic view

The place is very charming and the view is absolutely stunning. There are some really nice facilities - beautiful pool area, tennis, petanque, table tennis, etc. You can go on some beautiful hikes from the place and there are several nice villages nearby.

The sofabed is not very comfortable and we had some serious problems with the wifi. We would also have liked the water in the pool to be a bit warmer (given that they have a solar heating system)

It is as spectacular as shown in the photos, the WiFi was an impressive 12Mbs, the kitchenette was ideal for our one night stay while the curfew was in force (no restaurants open)

The view is absolutely magnificent, as everybody is mentioning at Booking.com

The studio we had was very outdated, with a bathroom which was probably very modern in 1970, but does for sure need a uplift now. Have the impression that the other rooms have been updated ( after looking at their website) but don’t think they should rent this studio out anymore. The photo of this studio was showing a television in the room, but wasn’t there when we were there! Another thing....we never saw the owners, by arrival we had to look for somebody who could help us and finally found the daughter who was very friendly though, but during our three days visit we never ever saw anybody. Were completely alone at the property and with the outside lighting not functioning during the night, we didn’t feel very safe on top of the mountain and far away from everything!

Best view and especially best night star gaze I have seen in a long time!

The view is unreal! You have a lot of privacy, even though you are sharing the house with other people. We didn't see anyone. The beds were good. The bathroom was very nice. Kitchen had everything you can wish for. Nice outside area and amazing views. The swimming pool is a decent size but unfortunately you are loosing the sun around 3.30

Nothing from the place itself. I wouldn't pay as much anymore since we haven't spend much time. And it takes you some time to get out of the mountains.

Superlocatie met prachtig uitzicht!

Inrichting woonkamer weinig sfeervol. Lastig is dat de slaapkamers openslaande deuren hebben waardoor je die toch snachts liever sluit en dan is er geen raam dat je open kan doen.
