LE MAS DANS LES OLIVIERS
Nestled in the midst of mature olive trees, this high-end quality home with private pool provides you with everything you could wish for your perfect stay in France.
Located on a large, very private property (3000 square meter) surrounded by mature olive trees, the villa is at an elevated position and has fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Esterel hills.
Intimately private with no one looking over the villa gives you the feeling of being lost in nature.
THE HOUSE:
The very private property in the midst of mature olive trees and with fabulous views from the garden and the pool makes "le mas dans les oliviers" the perfect location for your vacation. The house itself has been completely updated and provides you with everything for the perfect vacation.
It features a modern, state-of-the art, fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a wood-burning oven for the cooler winter nights. Of its very spacious 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 3 have their own modern and functional bathroom. In the back of the house is a small Japanese-Style garden with a pond, which is the perfect setting for meditation.
The garden is very private and has fabulous views into the surrounding area all the way to the sea. The (alarm secured, heatable September) saltwater pool and the many shady trees makes it the perfect space also for hot summer days.
WHAT WILL BE AT YOUR DISPOSAL:
The entire very private property with the pool.
Bedrooms:
The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them have their own bathroom.
The ”Master Suite” is located on the garden floor with en-suite bathroom, walk-in Italian shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, and toilet. There is a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a huge build-in cupboard. There are views to the sea and the olive trees.
The ”Mistress Suite” is on the garden floor. Wonderfully bright and airy, this room has its own private outdoor space, view of the sea, and the surrounding hills. There is a British king size bed (160x200cm). The bedroom has it’s own new renovated (April 22) bathroom with walk-in Italian shower, toilet and sink.
The ”Teen Suite” is as well on the garden floor. A high roofed room (ca. 4 m to the roof) with a curved wall and a British king size bed (160x200cm).
On the first floor you have a bedroom (35 m2) with his own entrance. There is a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a sleeping couch. The room has it’s own bathroom with sink and shower and an independent toilet. The room has a great view over the sea and the hills towards Cannes.
The living area:
There is free Wifi in the house and in some areas of the garden. The kitchen and living room both have direct access onto the outdoor living and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, large fridge, wine cooler, large stove (induction), and dishwasher. The dining room has a big sliding window, which leads out to a small Japanese garden with a pond.
With large sliding corner-windows in the living room and the ”Master Suite”, the stunning view runs over the pool and terrace, the green wilderness, and all the way to the sea and the Esterel hills.
There is a outdoor dining area with a large wooden table and an outside kitchen with BBQ, induction plate, fridge and a sink.
Externally the villa has 3 parking places, a saltwater swimming pool (8m x 5m, 1,60 deep). There is a Child security system for the pool.
A car is necessary and as the road is very steep, very low sports cars are not recommended.
A washing machine and dry tumbler are located in the basement as well as a large room to store you luggage and an additional fridge/freezer.

Far and away the most wonderful holiday home we’ve rented anywhere in the world. Beautiful quiet location with a superb view of the ocean and fantastically well appointed with everything you could ever need. Modern, contemporary, fresh and clean with wonderful and tasteful charming details making it very much a home away from home. This Property, nestled in an olive grove, high up in the hills above the Mediterranean is in one word FABULOUS! We were there for two weeks with a variety of friends coming in and out and all agreed that it was magic. Better than the photos, multiple places to hang out, gorgeous flowers, super kitchen, added bonus of air conditioning for bedrooms. All in all highly recommended.

This property is all that we expected. It is stunning. Very clean, stylish and well equipped. A wonderful week with the Family. Beatrice is a very welcoming host. We would thoroughly recommend Las Mas dans les Oliviers.
