Very cosy, warm and comfortable. The host, Julie, provided some milk, bread and biscuits for our arrival which was very considerate and thoughtful.

Being an older person, I wasn’t thrilled about the outside stairs. It was also wet so just took it very carefully.

Loving it in Winchester area

Modern, well equipped studio - very suitable for a single traveler. Julie was outstanding, very helpful, friendly, providing timely responses to questions and requests for advice. Quiet location, but very close to public transport and to the M3 motorway.

Shower was rather tight and its operation was not immediately intuitive

Lovely location, not actually in Winchester, but only a short (and regular) bus trip to town. An ideal combination! Very pleasant and helpful hosts, and a very clean, well equipped and comfortable unit.

Great place for a solo traveler.

Julie, the host, met me when I arrived at the property and explained access etc. to the flat. A welcome pack of food and milk was placed in the property which was very considerate after a longish journey. A very friendly reception.

A well-kept studio with amazing hosts and lovely surrounding walks, perfect for couples.

The hosts were very responsive to messages before and during the stay, making our stay very easy and comfortable. The hosts were organised and left a little welcome package and folder of information with local attractions which was definitely used during our time here. The studio was lovely and matched the pictures perfectly, it was extremely clean and well looked after. The surrounding area was quiet and amazing to explore with lots of green spaces and rivers- it was an absolutely amazing place!

If I was being picky the WiFi connection could be a little bit temperamental at times, but that might have just been my phone as my partner had no issues with it. But apart from that the place was perfect!

A perfect place to regroup and refresh after a full week of work.

The apartment was perfect for the middle of our trip. We were able to regroup and the neighborhood was quiet and wonderful to walk around. Julie greeted us when we arrived and she was a joy.

Great flat for honeymooners

Tucked away in a private road and like an attic flat, this is a lovely place for a honeymoon! The flat is so comfortable. Julie's hospitality in ensuring the kitchen had everything for our stay is highly appreciated.

We liked the experience of being very independent.

Uncleaned grill pan. Didn’t get the key code. I didn’t use the app and the email was foreshortened. At night the router and the television flashed like mini lighthouses. All the electrical equipment was on standby and I couldn’t find the appropriate switches to turn off. The Velux fixings were only at the top of the windows. Luckily my partner is taller than me as I couldn’t open them. The breakfast bar was, for one person, under the roof slope. Very strong smell of petrol on the first morning.

All in all this was convenient accommodation for our needs, just a couple of nights

Breakfast n/a as self-catering. The location was conveniently near the motorway, but this meant that there was a hum from the traffic, to be expected. The potentially ideal setting near the cricket ground was spoilt by the traffic noise, but as I say, it is to be expected if you don't want to be in the town centre.

Could have done with a towel rail and loo roll holder in the bathroom. The dining area was a breakfast bar under the slope of the roof so we ate off our laps on the settee, and put our bags a couple of feet away from the wall so that we didn't get too close to the wall and bang our heads on the slope of the ceiling.

A very enjoyable short break in a lovely location. Recommended.

The flat was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Julie left bread, milk and biscuits for us on arrival. Had we needed it, there was an air conditioning unit. There’s a little private courtyard downstairs and she very kindly upgraded the loungers while we were there. The hosts were very friendly and keen to make our stay pleasant and memorable.

The only thing I can think of is that there were no tea towels! (There is a dishwasher but we didn’t need to use it.) No other problems!

A lovely modern apartment in a peaceful location

Thank you to Julie for additional breakfast items and well designed and comfortable apartment. The parking was perfect and the bus stop to Winchester was close by. The folder of info was much appreciated and useful. We enjoyed the very peaceful location and closeness to the motorway

A superb self-contained flat in an ideal location. The M3 was just a short drive away, so good access for days out in the area. We used the park and ride, which was a 5 minute drive away and was so easy and cheap to use to get into Winchester. A local bus service was also available, which was just a short walk away.
