Comfortable annexe in a convenient location.

Miles's communication was excellent and he was very quick to respond and sort out the problem when we couldn't get the TV to work. The annexe is very comfortable with various little extras (snacks and drinks). We were concerned that the noise of the traffic might disturb us at night, especially because we live on a very quiet road. However we didn't find that it disturbed us at all and we found the annexe quiet and relaxing.

The road past the house is very busy and the speed of the traffic can make it difficult to get out onto the road. We recognise that there isn't anything that the hosts can do about this but think that it's worth mentioning for anyone who is a cautious driver.

Stunning, best nights sleep, didn’t want to leave !

Stunning experience I could literally have moved in and stayed ! So much thought has gone into this property and a great location away from the hustle and bustle. Parking such a bonus! Don’t get me started on the luxurious bed and duvet such a blissful nights sleep! Then there is all the little extras cold drinks, snacks, breakfast items, milk, various teas …. just amazing. Beautiful shower and the mirror with Bluetooth just wow ! Thank you so much I will be back when I am back again to visit my son at Uni ☺️

Fantastic find in wonderful location

Fantastic place to stay. The annex had everything I needed and more. Lovely touches from food and drinks to a fabulous comfy bed, sofa and lots of hot water. My car was right by the property and it was a lovely walk into Winchester with helpful routes in from Miles. Really restful weekend away. Will definitely return.

Everything you need for a stay in Winchester.

Communication from host prior and during the stay was excellent. The property was just as described. We found it to be clean and well appointed with lovely touches of consumables to help us settle in. It was easy to find and just a short drive from the motorway. Instructions to get into the centre of Winchester were clear and easy to follow with a bus stop close by. We'd highly recommend this property to anyone.

This was my second stay here and I was not disappointed. The hosts left out milk, bread, butter, jam and fruit along with the usual tea/coffee/etc. The bed is exceptionally comfortable which means I actually manage a good nights sleep. The hosts are always available and honestly go over and above to ensure their guests have everything they need!

Perhaps putting a light above the key collection box as if you arrive in the dark, it's hard to locate and access. Not an issue during Summer months of course, but by no means a huge issue - more a suggestion.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable with so many added extras. A hidden gem 😊 Wasn’t expecting wine, chocolates, snacks, breakfast items, coffee, tea. Bottled water. Spoilt for choice!!

Very good stay!

The place was super comfortable and new. Loved the bathroom mirror with Bluetooth speaker incorporated, that's so crazy ! Everything was made to be very comfortable and there was lots of different foods available and snacks/drinks. Big smart TV as well and heating was super good. Comfortable bed, just pillows very high, which are not my preference but that's more subjective. Also communication from host was very good and gave recommendations for the area.

The location was a bit far from everything. It's recommended a car, since buses are not super frequent. I arrived at 8pm and I had to walk 40 minutes in this long semi dark highway to the place. So be aware it's not central!

Super well appointed annexe appartment

Everything we needed available and attentive and helpful host. Private parking. Bonus of the basics, bread, milk and eggs, soups, céréales etc available free of charge for use. Netflix, Disney Plus and Prime for entertainment and an old school turn table and books - great.

Superb place with everything you need

Host went above and beyond with making sure there was everything you need in regard to facilities and products, including snacks! Absolutely beautiful set up and would be great for a few days away.

Only criticism is the pillows were a bit much, very full and didn’t provide a good sleeping position for my head and neck.

Great place for two near Winchester

A nice property, well located and a good size for two people. Very comfortable bed. Great looking shower room - has a step up. Host provided all the basic food and drink starter pack. Spacious parking facility . Easy to walk or catch a bus to the town centre.

Best place I've found to stay in Winchester.

The hosts go all out to make sure you have everything you need. I found bread, milk, eggs, fruit (to name a few), a small bottle of wine, crisps, chocolate treats and more. I will definitely try to book this place again when travelling to Winchester. Bed amazingly comfy too!

Lovely apartment with easy access out of hours

Clean and well-equipped apartment. Host was particularly generous with additional snacks, drinks as well as high quality bathroom soaps. Easy check in out of hours and host was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Adorable place full of delicate attentions

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at the annexe! Everything was impeccably clean and perfectly suitable. Our adorable host had taken the most thoughtful care of us, providing everything we could possibly need for dinner and breakfast. That was really kind!

The only drawback for us was the mattress, which was a bit too soft. We felt like we were sinking into it, but I guess that depends on everyone’s preferences.

Superb value lovely appointed annexe on the edge of Winchester, perfect for long or short stays

The property is on the edge of Winchester which on the one hand means great access to the major roads but is quite a walk to the town centre. (There are buses and taxis are inexpensive) Easy to find and plenty of space to park the car Miles the host was in regualr contact and checking in and out was so easy! There were some really nice touches in the Annexe including complimentary wine and snacks etc. In the kitchen there was everything one would need for a short stay...milk, coffee, tea, eggs etc

Nothing other than as before, the distance from the town centre may be an issue for some people - not us!
