I was worried by bad reviews of this hostel, but the stay wasn't that bad.
I haven't encounter a bed bag, the staff I met was kind and there's no problem in English conversation (I can't speak French so I'm not sure about that) and it was not very clean but personally acceptable.
The room lock speaks Chinese but it doesn't matter.
Note that things could be better in women's dormitory.
The price was good for its location and things are totally acceptable.
One shower smelled strangely (another one was OK).

The location is very good, prices are ok, and considering it s a shared room, I have absolutely no complaints. Shower was ok, room was always aired. They even have a lobby if you need to stay up late on your laptop, internet was perfect. Also, they have a terrace if you want to stay outside and grab some air or have a coffee in the morning. Overall my stay was nice and the staff also speaks English quite well. One other thing, the beds were really ok in the sense of sturdy, I don't understand why others complain about them and they were big enough.
