This place is a piece of shit!
Very difficult to locate lock box. Several keys and none were marked which key opens what.
We (2 couples)/had reservations through booking.com for 2 nights 2weeks ago. Checkin at 4 pm it was very hot. We had to turn air on and waited for it to start cooling off. We did not open any windows. Waited a while still not cool. I called their phone number to report this they said they just had it checked a few days ago. Went to dinner and 5 hours later still not cool. Called again, no answer. Called emergency number, no answer. No hot water to take showers. Ants in bathroom. Refrigerator had frost on back wall, our water bottles not cool. Called booking.com and informed them of the horrible conditions. Owners lied to booking.com and said we never tried to call them. I have a paper printout from my phone company that I did call them. We couldn’t get another hotel that night and suffered the whole night, and got a hotel for the following night. No one came the next morning to fix anything and we left. This place is horrible! The owners lied and won’t refund our money. The conditions were unlivable!!! 40 Euros for bed sheets! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Eigentlich, hat uns nur die Lage unseren Urlaub gerettet. Preis/Leistung absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.

Gesundheitlich bedenklich! Nicht zu empfehhlen!
Die Lage war sehr gut. Man sollte aber kein Problem mit Lautstärke von Partys haben. Pool war Klasse!
Schimmel in der Dusche, extrem stinkende Schränke, Waschmaschine defekt, blutige Matratze, abgesessene und abgelegene Möbel (alt), nasse Wände --> vermutlich Salpeter an der Wand,unsauber--> Spinnenweben. Service mangelhaft --> Internet defekt, wir sollten uns selbst darum kümmern (eine Adresse wurde uns geschickt, sonst keine Hilfe). Mängel wurden nach der Reise beanstandet. Anbieter ist sehr uneinsichtig, Weil wir am Anreisetag nicht bis 11 Uhr alle Mängel gemeldet haben (aber wie hätten sie diese gravierenden Mängel während unserer Urlaubzeit beheben sollen???) Die Unterkuft ist sehr teuer, uns wurde nichts erstattet. Nachdem wir uns Beschwert hatten, wurde uns zu verstehen gegeben, dass wenn wir die Fotos öffentlich machen, sie diesen Fall an ihren Anwalt übergeben.In unseren Augen einfach eine Frechheit!
