Tutto ottimo. Maria è super accogliente. La casa è ben fornita, con tutto il necessario dentro. Ottima la posizione della casa per i mezzi, ha molte linee di metro vicine. Un plus per il parcheggio interno gratis, veramente difficile da trovare a Napoli.

We stayed at Pizza Sleep Apartment for three nights with our family. Unfortunately, our experience was very different from many of the previous reviews. The owner is very enthusiastic, but the amount of information you receive is simply overwhelming. During check-in, you're given a flood of tips, rules, access codes, keys, and instructions in just a few minutes. The same information is then repeated via WhatsApp, email, and signs throughout the apartment. It all makes the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. The apartment itself was a little disappointing. It is outdated and, more importantly, not very clean. Especially the kitchen felt dirty, the chairs were stained, the floor was sticky at some places and there was mold in the very small shower. There were also ants in the bathroom. Overall, the apartment certainly did not match our expectations. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator. If you're traveling with more than a small weekend bag, carrying your luggage upstairs is a real challenge. The location is convenient for the train station and metro, but the neighborhood itself is uninspiring, run-down and not particularly clean. At checkout, we were expected to take our trash to public bins outside the property. The instructions were so confusing that we thought it should be left on the balcony. We have never experienced this at any other accommodation. The repeated warnings about fines for not following the many rules also left a negative impression. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. Good public transport connections cannot make up for the lack of cleanliness, the overwhelming number of rules, and the overall condition of the apartment. We would not stay here again.

It was very clean. It was quirky which we loved. Objects made from recycling were amazing and worked so well. Comfy beds, airy rooms. Very well equipped. Fantastic greeting and information sharing which was so helpful. Very well stocked with snacks and breakfast foods and Maria provided a very tasty cake for us. Perfectly situated for our need - running the Naples Half Marathon. Excellent communication throughout our stay.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
