About this apartment rental
Brand new panoramic newly renovated apartment located in the CENTER of Naples, near the Archaeological Museum - Piazza Dante- Piazza Bellini- etc. reachable on foot in about ten minutes. It is also located in front of the Metro station ("Salvator Rosa" exit).
It consists of three bedrooms each with Yale lock - air conditioning - heating - free wi-fi - tv -terrazzo and private bathroom. The house also includes a dining area and kitchen.
Panorama Vesuvius Flat is a cozy, sunny and panoramic apartment of about 100 square meters located in a stately building, served by two lifts, with security guards on holidays as well as in the summer months H 24. Also at the entrance of the building there are: supermarket - pharmacy - bar tobacconist - church. Overlooks Mount Vesuvius and the Certosa di San Martino at midday.
It consists of two double bedrooms each with private bathroom inside the room with towels and a double bedroom plus a sofa bed of a square and a half with private bathroom outside the room, also with towels, all equipped with yale lock to ensure security , air conditioning - heating - free wi-fi - tv - private terrace.
Check in is from 2pm to 9pm. After 9 pm and until midnight there is a supplement of 25 euros.
Upon arrival, the local tourist tax equivalent to 2 euros per person per night (minors excluded) must be paid in cash.

Comfortable 3 bedrooms BNB for my Mom and sister and myself. We were not staying long in Napoli, so we wanting the comforts of home for each of us, this BNB delivered. It was difficult to access shops and cafes with all of the hills for my elderly mother, but we got a taxi and then also took the Metro which was very close.

The apartment is renovated beautifully. It was clean and well located. The building and neighborhood are not nice but that’s more about what Naples is like than anything else. This apartment is beautiful. If someone needs a central apartment in Naples, I’d highly recommend Andrea’s place.

There were six of us who stayed for two nights. The location of the property was excellent as it was next to a supermarket and just a few minutes walk from the Metro. Check in was easy, and the building felt very safe. The wifi worked great in all rooms. It was nice having three bathrooms for six people with plenty of hot water. The water pressure was very intense, however, leading to a few puddles on the floor. The place was very clean, and Andrea responded quickly to all questions. There was a nice view from the balconies. The elevators were small so it took a few trips to get up to the apartment although some of us braved the stairs. It was no big deal. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Naples.

The property is great, fantastic position. The balcony is great for relaxing after a long day. The place was really clean, really comfortable and Andrea is a great host, very helpful and welcoming. The area is safe and quiet.
