Il posto è molto carino,abbiamo visitato i dintorni sia in macchina sia in bici che avevamo portato con noi.
Le strade sono ad alta percorrenza e non ci sono ciclabili x muoversi a piedi

Proprietario simpatico e gentile. Per la colazione mi è stato dato un buono e la consumazione l'ho fatta ai bagni Grillo sulla spiaggia, bella location e cappuccino e cornetto buoni.

Il gestore disponibile a dare indicazioni su ristoranti, parcheggio in giardino dentro la proprietà Materasso comodo e doppi cuscini
Stanza sulla strada, molto rumorosa. Poca illuminazione della stanza. L’acqua calda veniva a singhiozzo e ho dovuto far la doccia fredda. La stanza in booking diceva 25 mq ed era circa la metà. La colazione era un vaucher in bar in centro a sperlonga distante 5 km e bisogna accedere a piedi in zona ztl lasciando l’auto a pagamento per un caffè e cornetto. Volendo una colazione salata al posto della brioche mi hanno dato un tramezzino scaldato e la differenza da pagare è stata 4 euro.
