La posizione è buona, vicino al mare e al centro. Si tratta di un seminterrato con tre camere, ognuna delle quali ha un bagno privato, piccola zona comune con macchina del caffè e distributore di acqua fresca.
Da prendere in due come camera doppia, evitare il terzo letto in quanto aggiungono una brandina pieghevole con un materasso molto molto sottile. Non abbiamo gradito il fatto che ci abbiano lasciato una sola cialda per il caffè (tre persone per tre notti), pur segnalandolo non ci hanno lasciato le cialde neanche quando qualcuno dello staff è venuto per il cambio di un'altra camera. Il lavandino del bagno era quasi completamente tappato, mi sembra strano che chi si occupa delle pulizie non se ne accorga e non lo segnali

The location was absolutely brilliant. Close to the beach and only a short walk to Piazza Europa. The facilities were terrific. Other than not being able to boil a kettle for a cup of tea, I had one of the best stays of my Italian trip this year. Grazie mille Claudio and your team.
There was no kettle to boil water for some tea (not everyone drinks coffee). I found an induction cooktop but the pot was not magnetic and would not work with the induction cooktop.

È situata in una posizione centrale sul lungo mare di Sperlonga. Comodissima per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia e girare per il borgo antico. Silenziosa e pulita. Si fa il check in on line e il check out in autonomia.

La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro del paese e la spiaggia.
La stanza si trova in un seminterrato ed è pressoché prima di luce e aria, ad eccezione di una finestra a ribaltina che dà, presumo, su un sottoscala.
