Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pulizia dell'appartamento. Aria condizionata presente sia al primo che al secondo piano. Abbiamo trovato il frigo pieno di bottiglie di acqua naturale e frizzante, the, latte, yogurt e succhi vari. Presenti cialde per caffè, biscotti e merendine per colazione.
Potrebbe essere utile dotare l'appartamento con un forno a microonde, inserire una zanzariera alla finestra della cucina e modernizzare arredi e effetti letterecci della camera da letto. Per il parcheggio in strada ci vuole pazienza e un po' di fortuna, ma si trova.
