We were very pleased to stay there and definitely would recommend it. As improvement points: Bathroom were a bit cold without manual heating system and I miss a hairdryer.

Good value for money

Beautiful apartment, up-to-date, modern design, fabulous kitchen. Fantastic location, the village is simply the best in the area, because there are no too many tourists comparing to Serfaus Fiss Ladis.

Too many mosquitos, and flies, no mosquito net on the windows, no air-conditioning. Cannot close the windows, otherwise the room gets humid. Heat pump system in this building cannot work as an air-conditioner, so it gets too hot during the night.

Very beautiful new appartement with fully equiped kitchen. The helpfull and kind owners live below with their lovely kids, you may ask them for help to find your way. Busstop skibus is near and easy to find. In basement you can store your ski gear after a day on the slopes in a heated space. This place is highly recommended! :) Ps. A big thank you for help us find the hospital when my friend got hurt.

Modern spacious apartment. Very kind hosts. Perfect location, quiet and a 2 minute walk to the center. Nice mountain view. Beds are very comfortable. Perfect bathroom. Netflix available. In summer Badesee Ried is perfect for a swim.

Eine schöne Unterkunft zu einem vernünftigen Preis.

Wir waren in einer Einliegerwohnung untergebracht, was für mich persönlich erst einmal gewöhnungsbedürftig war, aber man ist in der Regel ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und modern und mit einer sehr schönen Küche ausgestattet. Das Bad beinhaltet eine sehr geräumige, begehbare Dusche. Alles sehr sauber! Beheizt wird das Appartement offensichtlich über Fußbodenheizung. Was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten ist der zusätzliche separate Eingang über eine Terrasse. Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Die Anbindung ans Skigebiet ist gut und mit Bussen in der Nähe zu erreichen. Anregungen, wie eine zusätzliche kleine Lichtquelle, einen zusätzlichen Kochtopf und einen Mülleimer für Restmüll, wurden gern entgegengenommen.

Als einziger Kritikpunkt wäre vielleicht anzumerken, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab Sachen, wie zum Beispiel Handschuhe, zu trocknen.

Es war ein sehr schönes Appartement.

Wir hatten ein modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit Küche, Bad (Dusche), Flur und Schlafraum. Wir hatten es die Woche sehr gemütlich. Die Couch war sehr chillig nach den Skitag. Auch die Lichtquellen konnten wir sehr variieren. In der Küche war alles da, was wir brauchten. Gott unsere Sachen gab es genug Schrankfläche inklusive Bügel. Im Keller konnten die Ski und Schuhe abgestellt werden. Bis zur Skibus-Haltestelle (Hotel Linde) sind es nur 180 m. Von dort kommt man ins Skigebiet Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, aber auch nach Fendels oder zum Kaunertaler Gletscher.

Das Doppelbett hatte eine durchgehende Matratze, so dass auch die andere Person mit „schwingte“, wenn sich die andere drehte. Ich bin da sehr empfindlich, habe auch schnell Reiseübelkeit, anderen macht das vielleicht nichts aus.

Fijne ruimte, lekkere banken, goede bedden en goede badkamer

Er is weinig servies aanwezig. Na elke maaltijd moet je afwassen. Er is ook niets aanwezig als zout, olie, kruiden e.d. Goed te weten als je wilt koken. Jammer dat er geen gordijnen waren in woonkamer en keuken. Je voelt je een beetje bekeken.
