Wir wurden durch die Vermieterin umfassend vor der Anreise über die Schlüsselübergabe und wesentlichen Dinge (Ski-Leihe, Öffnungszeiten) informiert. Die Wohnung ist mehr als ausreichend groß und verfügt über je ein Badezimmer pro Zimmer. Das war sehr gut, gerade wenn man die Unterkunft mit mehreren Personen belegt.
Die Nespresso-Maschine war ein Traum. Ein schneller, frischer Kaffee für einen perfekten Start am Morgen!

Very comfortable and spacious, well-suited for our family of six, particularly with the two bathrooms and extra toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped, and it is only 5 minutes on foot to the town centre where there are several restaurants and a supermarket.
We chose Ried to stay to go skiing in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, and the apartment is very well located for that. It is ~100m from the ski bus stop, and one of the bus lines starts there so that you always get a seat for the 20 minute trip up to Fiss.
Nothing really. It would have been nice to have an oven in the kitchen, but we knew up front that there isn't one.

We spent our ski holiday in Ried im Oberinntal, Austria, with a group of friends (8 people) and stayed at the apartment guesthouse “Chalet Tschallener.” Our experience was absolutely excellent — 10/10 in every aspect.
The apartments are very spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The interior and overall atmosphere reflect a classic Old Austrian style, which creates a warm, authentic, and cozy feeling. We stayed in Apartment No. 4 and Apartment No. 5. The larger Apartment No. 5 especially impressed us with its huge living room combined with a very well-equipped kitchen area. This space felt exceptionally cozy and was perfect for our large group — ideal for shared dinners and friendly evening conversations in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The hostess, Mrs. Meggie Baker, deserves special praise. She is extremely helpful, attentive, and well-organized. A big thank you to her for the warm and friendly welcome and for taking such good care of us during our stay.
I highly recommend all guests to visit the sauna and wellness area as well. It is very well designed and offers excellent relaxation and recovery after an active day on the many nearby ski slopes.
I will definitely continue working with the owner of these apartments and will happily bring other ski groups here in the future.
