Unit has updated kitchen with dishwasher and updated bathroom with oversized walk in shower (no tub), wifi, mini split A/C and heating units, wall A/C units plus ceiling fans. We love this location and if you have a small number in your group it is perfect. It is clean, has a good beachy feel, quiet, friendly neighbors and they provide linens and towels, huge plus. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and activities.
FYI - We had to call managers, linens were dropped off at wrong location but it was quickly fixed. We would rent this place again for sure.
