About this house rental
Our little cottage is the 3rd house from the ocean and sits back off the road down a private driveway shared with two other cottages. Up to two of your well-behaved dogs are always welcome with an additional pet fee, and are allowed on the beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm every day in the summer, and all the time off-season. Linens and towels are not provided for this rental, but we can recommend a linen service. This is a quiet cottage suitable for couples and small families. We have zero tolerance for partiers. We are LGBTQ friendly. The minimum rental age is 40. If you are a younger family, please send an inquiry.

We didn't have any pets with us this time (a very nice break) and the whole place was spotless as always -- love having the laundry so we can take fewer clothes with us and wash/dry as needed. And of course Valerie is always SUPER responsive. First time we've stayed this late in the season (first week of October) and luckily the the first four days were great for the beach, one rainy day (so movies and shopping), and final day was great for biking. This time we mostly are in instead of eating out so kitchen and big kitchen which had lots of tools/cookware was great. And the Roku was a good touch as we could easily download apps for which we had subscriptions between the two families, so could watch things at night.
