This wonderful 1st floor beautifully updated condo, features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, living/dining area (queen sleeper sofa). We supply pillows, quilts/bedspreads, mattress pads. All of which are changed out regularly. Some paper pruducts are provided. Bathroom has stall shower & stackable washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen w/ service for 6 & many extras. Enclosed porch overlooks courtyard. Exterior has gas grills, 2 outdoor showers, tables and chairs. 1 parking spot out front & 1 parking permit will be provided. Just a few houses away from the beautiful beach, walking distance to many restaurants , pubs & the Jolly Trolley stop. Great place to get away! Read our reviews!! We take so much pride in this unit. This property was perfect for our stay. It was cute, clean, and exactly what we needed. Kathy was great every step of the way. Her communication was a perfect balance of short, sweet, and informative. She was very responsive and timely with any questions I had. I would recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Dewey Beach.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Kathy is a great host. She is very responsive and her place is spotless, cozy, and in a great location. I can’t wait to come back and stay at her place! This place is exceptional.
