Ocean Block getaway just steps from the sand in the heart of Dewey Beach! This spacious home is perfect for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy the beach lifestyle. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach in minutes. Enjoy a newly renovated kitchen, multiple decks for relaxation, comfortable living spaces, and plenty of room to gather with family and friends. Plus, you're only a short drive from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, local attractions, shopping, and dining favorites!

- Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (May through September).
*DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

- 2 parking spaces marked behind the building (No oversized trucks or oversized SUVs)
- Any additional cars would need to pay for street parking right out front of building and on the street.
*Street parking in Dewey Beach is metered from May 15 to September 15.
