Disappointing and unsafe

Not much

The house is very dirty, full of flies, spiders, dirty furnitures, I’ve got videos to prove it, the host not as helpful as other properties I’ve stayed in, location also not the safest, I personally would never want to stay in this property ever again, let alone we paid twice more that our neighbour did for 3 nights. TERRIBLE.

Needs a bit of TLC

it was a big spacious property, liked that it was on a gated street, felt safe. Overlooks a lovely park. Owners were responsive and polite, check in was easy.

the house needs a deep clean, skirting boards had so much dirt on it. we had to mop on the first day because everything was sticky. there are holes and patches across the walls on staircase, could do with fresh paint. kitchen had a weird smell, wasnt able to use the oven as it had a bad smell too. Few of the beds had stains on them. Could be a really nice property if it had a deep clean and refreshing up! living room door doesn’t close and as the property isn’t south facing, not much light comes into the room, could do with some lamps in there! The lamp in the bedroom didn’t have a bulb. Has potential to be a nice property

disgrace of a host! be wary of giving a deposit as the company will hold your money to ransom.

I booked this place to stay with my family and host a family dinner that the host agreed to and was very pleasant about this request.. they start off with present customer service then turn nasty; furthermore the house looks nothing like the pictures it's actually filthy stinks and the beds are awful

read their reviews carefully they manipulate there reviews by holding security deposits at ransom, you will see generic survey reviews with no comments,,, Doors and walls had been punched, the host are actually a bunch of thugs they agreed for me to host a dinner / then used this information to keep my 200 pounds security deposit. This dispute is still unresolved with the host / the host birmingham estate asked me to log a positive review in order to get 100 back from my deposit.. please think before you book with this host...

Location was good. Good quantity of bathrooms. Clean facilities.

Would be good to have enough seats in kitchen for beds. Door handle on top floor was broken. Needed to hit reset button on smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector several times.

Brilliant

The house was perfect for a weekend get away with friends. Rooms were spotless and the location was easy to get to the city centre. Spacious rooms and beautiful garden which was great for a hot weekend! Would definitely recommend!
