On entering building the smell of cat urine and cannabis was overwhelming. Apartment was dirty. Purchased a bottle of bleach to clean kitchen and bathroom before use

Scam property and body booking.com refund policy

I received an email from booking.com to call the property owner and arrange keys then he refused it as he asked me for a list of documents. Dogy person.

During booking the place there was nothing mentioned about age ( 40+ people only) after booking called the owner to pick up keys and him personally refused to do that because his requirement list of documents were different than booking.com whom I booked it through. I had my family so he said No because most of us were below 40. Contact booking.com to book another property and the owner along with booking.com refused to refund me the money despite I didn't cancel the property and neither I made any mistake.

Enjoyable

The apartment was lovely, good space. Far enough out from the city centre that their is no drunken noise but not too far out either, so quick and good priced taxis. The owner was friendly and explained thr rules of the property when we all got there.

Our stay was fantastic! Sam was a kind and attentive manager who ensured everything was perfect for us. The flat was a perfect size for our group, and although there is only one bathroom it was immaculate with a lovely waterfall shower. I would highly recommend a stay here!
