La posizione, comoda al centro e vicina al parcheggio. Ambiente curato con mobilio in tipico stile toscano. Disponibilità di prodotti per il bagno, cuscini di diversa altezza, macchina del caffe. La titolare disponibile a risolvere i piccoli inconvenienti sorti.
Al nostro arrivo l'ambiente presentava della sporcizia sul pavimento e dell'immondizia accatastata nel sottoscale del palazzo. In cucina mancava il prodotto per la pulizia delle stoviglie, l'accensione dei fornelli non funzionava e gli accendini in dotazione erano scarichi. In generale si nota una certa trascuratezza nella gestione dell'immobile, ma nulla di così drastico da inficiare il godimento del soggiorno. La caldaia in cucina è piuttosto rumorosa e di notte potrebbe dar fastidio se un ospite dorme nel divano letto in soggiorno. La cosa migliora chiudendo la porta a soffietto che divide i due ambienti.
