Location was very convenient to where we needed to be. as it so happened I was staying with fellow wedding attendees next door which was very convenient.
I wasn't the biggest fan of the shower being unenclosed but that you can't do much about. Other than that not much!

Very close to bars/restaurants. Was also easy to find parking space near the property.
The room was very small and outdated. You could hear voices outside the room when other people were checking in/checking out.

Location and availability.
Dark room, very basic, bathroom was a bit strange with shower having no separation from toilet. Booked room for my son and felt more of a hostel.
