The location is absolutely perfect, everything is close by. Eventhough the house does not have its own parking spots, we did't have much of a problem finding white coloured spots in the town, where you can park for free.
There was no proper kitchen knife for cooking (only butter knives). We also missed having a corkscrew – a real pity for a stay in the heart of Tuscany! Additionally, none of the lids seemed to match the pots and pans. Upstairs, one side of the bed was damaged. The shower door was also damaged, making it quite difficult to open and close. While these are mostly minor details that can be easily fixed, together they made our stay a bit inconvenient.

Staff who gave me the keys were lovely and very quick. Location is beautiful, the place is clean and well equipped. Comfy bed and nice views.
All thing that was missing was that there isn't any wifi.

La ubicación, lo coqueto del apartamento sin lujos, pequeñito pero con lo necesario para poder pasar unos días. Está en una esquina “concurrida pero Pienza en si es tranquila. Apartamento senzillo con lo necesario para 2 adultos y dos niñas. Gracias!!
Lo único, y lo pudimos apañar… es que no hay enchufes adaptados para poder connectar cargador… son de 3 orificios. Gracias que el secador tenía un adaptador y lo pudimos utilizar.
