Friendly staff, great breakfast, walking distance from old Pienza and restaurants.
Parking isn’t clear. No parking at hotel. There is a newer paid lot that is not open overnight. There are free city parking spots at the abandoned building across the street and by the small park on the street across from the hotel.

La stanza era di buone dimensioni ma fredda (senza possibiità di riscaldamento) e con mobili fatiscenti.
