Das Apartment liegt in einem Wohnviertel im 4.Stock. Das Zentrum ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es gute Restaurants und beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Parkplätze finden sich immer, aber man muss das manchmal ein bisschen sportlich nehmen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat bestens geklappt. Seine Empfehlungen waren waren wertvoll. Wir können das Apartment für einen Aufenthalt in Agios Nikolaos nur empfehlen!

Schöne neue Wohnung, sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, bequemes Sofa, 2 Balkone. Insektenschutz Rollo und Verdunkelung Rollo, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, auch Waschmaschine vorhanden. Ruhige Gasse, Blick zum Meer, nette Besitzer
Die Parkplatzsituation! Tagsüber findet man Stellflächen, abends überaus schwierig in den sehr engen Gassen einen Platz zu finden, kein reservierter Parkplatz, aber gratis. Optimal ist ein sehr kleines Auto. Morgens kein heißes Duschwasser. 4. Stock ohne Lift

Ausstattung sehr gut, alles da,was man braucht
Die Darstellung des Appartements lässt eine ganz andere Lage vermuten. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist äußerst klein. Das Apartment ist im 4. Stock (ohne Lift) eines Wohnhauses. Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung schwer zu finden und die Straßen sind äußerst eng (beide Seitenspiegel mussten eingeklappt werden.)
