once we got through the check in process, things were great. Apt was a bit dated, but the views were emasculate

The location were great. Cristian, our contact was excellent. he explained everything to us buildings

The check in process is a bit complicated. you have to go to one building to get the cars sorted out, then you have to go to a different building to get your passes to move around the building. then you have to go back to your building to go to your room. This needs to be simplified.

the property is right on the beach which is a plus. Christian is amazing response to everything and goes beyond to make sure your comfortable.

there is really nothing that comes with the unit. you run out of paper towel and toilet paper pretty quickly if you in a 2 bedroom with 2 toilet papers for 5 people for 3 days.

close to the beach and nice pool

the condo needs a bit of up keep. it would of been nice to have a broom in the condo to sweep up sand during our stay, instead we had a mop bucket with used water in the closet. i will say that the staff was very pleasant.

Place was not ready for their guest!! Didn’t even know I had arrived after 2 days !!!

Food and location

The location was great, front desk staff as well room it self was not nice for the price a lot of power outlets didn’t work had to go around with my phone charger looking for one that worked, one tv wouldn’t power on discovered it was the outlet. Was told to contact a Mr. Anibal a day before my arrival did that never met him. Had to wait a long time to get my room, was supposed to be given a card to add money to do laundry as well as a pin to go in to my room never received anything had to find out with staff. Apparently this guy Anibal was supposed to take care of all that but never did. Text him and he didn’t even know I was Already there never got a text back from him after he asked if I was there already and I replied I had been there for 2 days. Kitchen, restrooms were really outdated and had a leak in the shower, walls in the rooms and all over had marks. Only nice thing was the food and the location on the beach. Place has potential but they really need to be more prepared. Still waiting for my parking lot deposit when I checked out was told management was not in. Took pictures and video of everything just in case.

Overall the stay was great.

Perfect view of the ocean, lots of space in condo. Great beach access, nice pool, easy access to shopping for the essentials. Kitchen had all the basic needs. Noticed a pack-n-play in a closet, nice to see that was available.

A little bit challenging to check-in. The bedding and towels could use an update. I suggest purchasing your own soaps, one of the restrooms soaps was watered down and funky. Overall know that this is not a high end luxury rental, it's basic and has what you need to enjoy time at the beach.

Pool was nice

Checking in was a hassle, I had to go to 3 locations to get key and parking pass. Thermostadt did not work at all- always too cold. Shower was terrible. No good blanket or good covers. Kitchen was very poorly supplied, no paper towels, no dish soap.No good cooking equipment, Table was dirty, No ice cube trays. No knives. Furniture was worn out and dirty pillows. Beds were like hammocks, - severely worn out. Very poorly cleaned. All appliances and furniture was at least 50 years old, Extra charge for a key- not acceptable.
