The location were great. Cristian, our contact was excellent. he explained everything to us buildings
The check in process is a bit complicated. you have to go to one building to get the cars sorted out, then you have to go to a different building to get your passes to move around the building. then you have to go back to your building to go to your room. This needs to be simplified.

close to the beach and nice pool
the condo needs a bit of up keep. it would of been nice to have a broom in the condo to sweep up sand during our stay, instead we had a mop bucket with used water in the closet.
i will say that the staff was very pleasant.
