Could be way better

Location was great! the bed was comfortable and bathroom spa tub was nice.

Housekeeping was difficult to communicate as only spoke Spanish and they were VERY slow and didn't seem to care about the guests. The kitchen faculties could be better equipped...no frypan, no spatula, no salt & pepper. Most importantly there was black mold on the bathroom door entrance...alot.

Our room had no heat, and we arrived during a record cold spell. They eventually moved us to another room but were slow to communicate that, and we had to move after we'd unpacked (they originally said they'd provide a space heater). Then we had to move again a few days later because the second room was booked. We requested a late checkout to make up for having to move twice. The manager said he'd get back to us but didn't -- we found out that we had to leave when someone who didn't speak English walked into our room. Better communication would have helped.

An adequate, small, clean studio super close to Hollywood Beach boardwalk.

the key here is certainly location within maybe 50-75 yrs to the beach. Place was clean and well kept. Free parking but had to be moved depending on other guests' vehicle status and owner's 3-4 blog's occupancy.

Bed a bit soft, pillows too soft but appreciate all are personal preference things. Studio very small but adequate for our purpose - BUT was a bit different appearing than pictures I saw online(maybe were showing the variety of rooms/spaces available?).

1 block from the Hollywood Boardwalk and the beach! If your purpose is to just enjoy the beach there’s no reason to rent a car… so many restaurants nearby and shops and Botiques what is also great is that you can make some of your own meals and have Instacart groceries from nearby Aldi’s or Publix’s

It was a relaxing week with excellent weather.

It's only 100 yards to the beach and Hollywood area !

Smoking in the common area ( gazebo ). There was a guy smoking nearly all the daylight hours in the lovely sitting area. The stench made that area unusable for us non-smokers !

The cleanness of the room was great the location is good the esthetics of the room beautiful and garden yard view clean and quaint really nice. , PIN code access and will is soooo nice.

No coffee is provided in the room although there is an electric kettle and the air conditioner was loud and not really blowing cold air it seem like it was a mixture idk. The chairs are all different so it’s like first come first serve on the quality of the beach chairs provided.

Everything was clean and comfortable. They had a kitchen and a lot of space. The location to the beach was perfect and management was nice.

Parking is really tight and limited. Finding the place and getting the key code was very confusing. Also, check-out is at 11:00am however, hotel staff tried opening my door at 10:00am without even knocking.

It was a pleasurable stay except for the parking issue.

Very pretty, well kept and close to the ocean.

The parking spaces were not marked out to designate your spot and one car not parking correctly made it difficult for me and the other car to fit.

Great location great price nice safe and very clean

The location was perfect right down the street from the beach. You could walk to the beach day or night and there were plenty of restaurants that you can walk to. The room was very clean and comfortable and I felt very safe. I will staying here again.

I had to let the water run for a while to get hot in the shower but it was ok after a while. I couldn't let the blinds down but I still had my privacy.

I live locally and have stayed at many hotels on the beach over the course of many years and hands-down Tropic Isle is by far the best. The staff is so polite, friendly and accomdating. The room was spacious, extremely clean and very well kept. Needless to say, this is my go-to hotel moving forward! :)
