The location was excellent. It was 10 walk from the station; same distance to the main shops and sites. Although on an old main route out of the city, the house was on a section of road that only had limited access for cars. It is a ground floor flat with a large kitchen in the basement. The bedroom was at the back of the house and was quiet. The heating had been put on, so the flat was warm when we arrived. The city still has a great number of medieval buildings and traffic schemes have not destroyed its old road system, so it is a great place to walk around and explore. The Strangers' Hall was very good. As it is the main transport hub for the county, busses and trains were very good, so we did not need a car to explore the area,

Minor things:- The amount of crockery in the kitchen was very limited, so frequent washing up was required. The mirror in the main bedroom was above the end of the bed, so was useless except for reflecting light into the room.

Very warm comfy feel, liked the location city centre, well equipped kitchen, good shower & 2 toilets, provided a map of the city, is good value accommodation

Couldn't see a pen or paper anywhere to help with ordering takeaways & bookings for restaurants etc,

So easy to find , key code was text to me same day , and a message on departure with times and instructions , a great no hassle stay , top location, king street can be busy until early hours, but that’s what you get if you stay bang in the centre of a busy city , it’s perfect for sightseeing, we loved it , would definitely stay again.
