Die Wohnung war toll ausgestattet, die Lage war sehr praktisch, um die Stadt anzuschauen. Es war auch alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz gleich im Hof.

Eigentlich war alles tip-top, das WLAN ist einmal für einen Tag ausgestiegen, was etwas Verwirrung ausgelöst hat. Die Lage bei der UNI ist hervorragend, der kleine Park dahinter auch.

dass keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden waren und der Geschirrspüler unendlich spült, es gibt kein Kurzprogramm.

Wir konnten direkt vor der Tür parken und fanden die Wohnung bestens ausgestattet, Zudem liegt sie direkt im Universitätsviertel mit Kaffees und Bars. Der Bäcker ist direkt unten im Haus,

Morgens ist bald Betrieb auf der Straße, der uns jedoch nicht gestört hat.

it was such a beautiful place - near to the city, amazingly decorated and clean.

the person who I called was super unfriendly. he made me be responsible for an issue done by booking.com and behaved completely rude for simple questions that I asked.. he literally started the conversation with “weren’t you the person who already caused an issue” - while I booked a room via booking.com for 7 people, whereas they could only accommodate 6 people and wanted more money even though I had already paid more for an extra person. the description (on how to get in, park etc) was super long and detailed - but doesn’t mean you couldn’t answer questions via phone, when you’re standing in front of the gate and are asking where to park and how to open the door.. I don’t get why people do a customer centric job if they are not happy to support when help is needed.
