Best feature was porch although construction across the street made it noisy during the day. Location is convenient to beach and town. Quiet neighborhood (at night). Nice showers and plenty of hot water, convenient parking.
No blankets or hangers. Agent delivered hangers but told us we didn't need blankets because we had sheet and a light coverlet. Unit could use some TLC. Broken off light switches, bulb out over stove and master shower, some inoperable blinds, dust hanging off of return air vent and on lamp bulbs. Sheets were scratchy. Tenants should be aware that there are a lot of stairs, inside and out.

We liked the location, the cleanliness and the decor was very cute
Please consider room darkening curtains (the thin mini blinds were broken in the master bedroom) and also the French doors on the front of the screened porch definitely need shades of some sort. It was a little concerning that the neighbors could see right into the living room and especially at night. Safety concern for two females staying there alone.
