Shipwatch oceanfront condominiums, offered by Hodnett Cooper, have been a favorite family destination for many years. With just 52 residences, Shipwatch is a quiet community ideal for both weekend getaways and multiple month escapes.
Each residence features two bedrooms, two full baths, a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, and a private balcony.
Community amenities include boardwalk access to the heart of St. Simons' sand beaches, a swimming pool, large grass lawn, outdoor grills and complimentary in-room high speed internet service. Though this community is located directly on the ocean, individual residences, unless otherwise specified, do not offer ocean views.

Our stay overall was good , attentive host with any questions we had. AC worked great , clean room overall except for the carpet. Our dog came home with fleas , so next time we come to Ship Watch we wouldn’t stay in this unit but would definitely stay at this complex again!
