About this house rental
Wake to the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and toast the sunset on the harborside of the house. Water views on both sides. Located on the beachside with nothing between you and the ocean except rolling dunes. Perfect for families with children with a short walk to the beach and then back to the house for naps or snacks. Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 adults or 4 adults with children. Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bed and third with twin beds. Second bathroom is a full bathroom with large shower. Open kitchen, dining and living room plan with lots of windows on the dunes and water. Perfect for friends or a family group. This is the main floor of a two floor property. Spacious deck with outdoor dining space for 8. Laundry facilities. Two parking spots. Air conditioning for those super hot nights. The most special thing about this house is you see, feel and hear the ocean 24/7. Quiet at night for a good night’s rest after a full day at the beach.

Simply lovely. The unit is spacious and bright. It is well stocked and although we’ve always been on a direct oceanfront property the view is lovely. We spent our mornings drinking coffee and basking in the sun. If you are looking for a place where you can exhale? This is it. Jane, the owner is lovely.Enjoy.

The property was very comfortable and clean. There was great communication and we were mindful of neighbors and rules. The back patio area is the best part! It’s just gorgeous at any time of day!

my wife and i stayed in janes house on the beach in wells for a week in early june. even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed our time thoroughly.
the location is quiet, the house has unrivaled access to the beach. there is a large deck overlooking the scrub-covered dunes separating the house and the beach. water is visible from both sides of the property.
we spent time on the beach and biking up and back from the house and ogunquit.
