Our home is right on Wells beach. Wake up every morning with a 180 degree panoramic ocean view from your deck, patio and picture window living room. This home is the ultimate in beach convenience. Location was incredible, right out the door and down steps to the sand! So much beach when tide is out, kids loved riding their bikes on it, and walking down wells beach to the jetty. Beautiful wrap around porch to sit out on at night and a patio area, too. Beds were comfy and space was just right for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids -6&4). Will look to stay here again for sure. Thank you!

This place was great for what three old girlfriends needed for some R&R. My friends are a little out of shape, so the stairs leading to the two bedrooms were a little tough. They are a wee bit narrow and steep for overweight folks but doable. All in all the place was amazing and super clean, well stocked, and reasonably priced (it was off season too). The host was very accommodating and answered questions right away. Definitely booking again for next year!

Incredible beach views - best we’ve ever had! The host was easily communicative and prompt in responses. We loved Dock Square Coffee, Lupine Books, Fisherman’s Catch, Federal Jack’s, and much more!
