The second bathroom had no ceiling and pipes leaking also spiders. The area upstairs was great!

Best view on Wells beach. From sunrise to sunset. We were lucky to have a full moon also. Spacious upstairs for adults and great room down stairs for our adult kids.
Everyone enjoyed the outdoor patio for lunch or dinner.
Would recommend for anyone who wants beach side access!

Location is great, right on the beach. Property was not cleaned before we came. Found dirty underwear under the bed, floors and carpets were black and full of sand. Bath rugs were not washed and stained. We cleaned the place and washed the rugs and notified management. We received no response back. The down stairs shower is not unusable due to being too small and the water direction of the shower head. I sent several messages to the property after we left the rental and have received no communication back. If you stay at this place plan on cleaning it when you arrive and don't plan on using the basement shower.
