About this house rental
Wake to the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and toast the sunset on the harbor side of the house. Located on the beachside (the map incorrectly shows the house on the harbor side) with nothing between you and the ocean except rolling dunes. Perfect for families with children with a short walk to the beach and then back to the house for naps or snacks. Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 adults or 4 adults with children. Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with queen and third bedroom with twin beds. Second bathroom is a full bathroom. Open kitchen, dining room and living room plan with lots of windows on the dunes and water. Perfect for friends or a family group. This is the top floor of a two floor rental property. Main floor also rents (VRBO reference for Main floor is 1589943). Both floors have a similar layout. When available, both floors make the perfect place for parents, children and grandparents with two kitchens, six bedrooms and four bathrooms. Spacious decks with outdoor dining space for 8-10 on each floor. Laundry facilities on each floor. Two parking spots per floor. The most special thing about this house is you see, feel and hear the ocean 24/7. Very quiet at night for a good night’s rest after a full day at the beach.

This newly updated cottage was open and airy with an amazing view of the ocean. It has all the accommodations of home. There is a private access to beach conveniently in front of the cottage. We really enjoyed the deck area with our friends who rented the downstairs apartment. We highly recommend this rental and hope to come again soon! The O'Connor Family

We had a great time at this property. We rented both units, and it was plenty of space for our group of 10 adults and 3 children. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels provided! The sunrise from the house is beautiful, and the short walk to the beach was great.

My family and I had a wonderful week at this property. The open plan layout and gorgeous view of the dunes and jetty made for a happy and peaceful stay. The property has been maintained well. The owner thought of everyone's needs. Walking in was like getting a great big hug, welcome and enjoy yourselves. It was clean and easy to keep clean while on vacation. Having a kitchen that four people could work in together was a plus. Can't wait to return!

We had a great week! The location of the property was wonderful, with a fantastic view of the ocean & Wells Beach! Short 2 minute walk from the back through the dunes to the beach. The house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stock with all the necessary cooking and serving items. We can’t wait to go again!
