Gulf Tower 1B, located at 1051 West Beach Boulevard, is a two bedroom, two bathroom, lower floor condo with amazing beach front views and access. Furnishings are standard, somewhat dated. This unit contains queen size beds in both the master and guest suites. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds additional space for guests, accommodating 6 guests comfortably. With a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the condo, you will have the comforts and amenities of home while you are away. This unit has two TVs and a VCR. Don’t forget to spend sometime lounging on the enclosed balcony that you can open up to enjoy all the sights, sounds and scents of the Gulf of Mexico!
Gulf Tower is in a prime Gulf Shores location. 1.5 miles from the popular Hangout and public beaches and 3 miles to the Gulf State Park & Pier. Not to mention the proximity to all the best dining and shopping this island has to offer! With its amazing beach front location access to the our white sandy beaches is a breeze! Aside from the fantastic coastal views, there is also an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, exercise room, and free WiFi in the Club Room for your use and pleasure. This location does have an elevator for ease of access throughout the building.

We loved 1B! I want to reply to some of the negative reviews: we went to spend time on the beach, not the condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean when we arrived, but then we don’t look to find things wrong either. The hot water and tubs not draining- the amount of water that came out of the shower heads was crazy strong! The tubs drain could not possibly keep up with that amount of water, which is why they don’t drain properly. This is also the reason hot water ran out quickly. We adjusted the water temp so that it would last longer. Bender’s were very nice and responsive if we needed anything also. We would definitely stay there again!

The comforters were stained and while clean looked dirtyalso extra blankets and bedding was stored on the floor in the closet instead of the empty top shelf We love this condo however it could use some general updates The furniture used to match however now it just looks like random pieces from thrift and goodwill stores we would stay here again but it needs to have some upgrades

The condo was fair. Floors were dirty. Bathtub drain was slow and filled up while showering. Location was good. But will not stay at Gulf Towers 1B again. There has to be a better condo in the area for the price. Owners could spend a little money and make it more comfortable.
