About this apartment rental
The Caribbean is a low density complex, with only 32 units to share all the amenities. We have a heated indoor pool, beach side pool, grill area, fitness center, sauna and steam room.
The Caribbean is located on the West Beach away from the traffic, and 1.4 miles west of Hwy 59. We are right down the road from the Hang Out and many other fabulous restaurants.
Our unit is located on the 7th floor with beautiful oceanfront views. Our condo was renovated with beautiful new cabinets, granite, faucets, mirrors, lighting, flooring and accessories.
A new high balcony dining set is ready for those romantic candlelight dinners. A large flat screen plasma tv in the den and a DVD library for your enjoyment. Each bedroom has brand new top of the line bedding, beautiful flooring and wall-mounted tv's. We also provide luggage racks in each closet and beach chairs for your use.

This was the most perfect rental i have stayed in. Everything was as described and the photos didnt do it justice, simply gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony so much, we never even walked out to the beach. Thank you for making this a wonderful, relaxing getaway for 2 overworked nurses! Feel fully rested and rejuvenated!

View was perfect. Nice furniture on balcony.AC was cool upon arrival, and stayed that way. New kitchen appliances. Clean condo.TV/internet worked well. MBR bed was so comfy. MBA plenty of separate space, and a jetted garden tub! Beautiful furnishings, softgoods, and art throughout. A peaceful place... and we were blessed to have found this spectacular condo.

We come to this bldg because it’s dog friendly. This was about the 4th time we’ve stayed at this building but first time in unit 704. The condo is painted a dark color with dark furniture and “art work”which was kind of depressing especially since it rained a lot and we were stuck inside.
Cheep towels and linens. The MBR mattress had a loose fitting plastic cover which was bothersome. I’ve learned to bring my own linens.
Nice kitchen appliances but ice maker didn’t work. Nice toilet paper (one roll each bathroom) and nice paper towels in kitchen.
Best to call owners directly. Some texts went unanswered but weren’t urgent.
