About this apartment rental

NOTICE: The exterior of the complex is having the joints resealed now but that work will be finished by 5/22/26. The exterior of the building will be painted later in the year. Once the dates for that are released I will update this notice. The joints being sealed and the paint project are not noisy projects so this will not interfere with your stay other than at times there may be some parking spots unavailable on the complex side but there is plenty of parking available in the overflow parking lot across the street.

Dog Friendly- Make sure you check the box that says you are traveling with pets and that will add on the pet fee for 1 pet, if you are bringing a 2nd pet let me know after the reservation is made and I will add the $100 plus tax pet fee for the 2nd pet on the reservation. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can add the additional pet to the reservation and adjust the pricing accordingly. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• DOGS ONLY
• Pets can not be left on the balcony unattended.
• No aggressive pets are allowed
• Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit.
• Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

Welcome to "WEST BEACH FADEAWAY" unit 201 in the Caribbean complex in Gulf Shores, AL!

This fully remodeled and beautiful east corner Gulf-front condo is pet friendly and perfectly situated on the second floor allowing for easy access to the complex amenities and the beach without the need for an elevator (an elevator is available). Pet Friendly- One pet is included with a reservation. A 2nd pet can be added upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made.

This 2BR/2BA unit features nine-foot ceilings, luxury vinyl plank floors throughout, and a kitchen equipped with granite countertops, soft close cabinets and drawers, stainless-steel appliances, and a bar with seating for four people.

The spacious living/dining area is equipped with a dining table for six people, a 55” television, a queen sleeper sofa, a bar area, and two rocking/swivel chairs.

The master suite is outfitted with a king bed, a 40" wall-mounted television, a bed-side charging port, private water closet, free-standing tub, and a large tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a king bed, a 40" wall-mounted television, and a bed-side charging port.

The unit also boasts a full-size washer and dryer, granite countertops throughout, Wi-Fi access, comfort-height toilets, and a private balcony offering breathtaking Gulf views. Additionally, this condo comes with an assigned and covered parking space only steps from the stairs and elevator.

Complex amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, sundeck on the top floor, an elevated boardwalk to the beach, ground level poolside bathrooms, steam room and sauna.

Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.

I have several units in this building, and several other units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.

**Important Procedures and Policies:**

*** Cancellation Policy*** In the event of a cancellation the percentage of refund stated on our cancellation policy is reflective of the amount we receive, credit card transaction fees are not refunded for any reason.

* **Rental Agreement and Guest List:** After booking, you will receive an email requesting your e-signature on the rental agreement and a guest list. A copy of the primary renter's driver's license is required for completion. Check-in information will not be released until we have an esigned rental agreement on file. Reservations that do not complete the rental agreement within 24 hours may result in cancellation upon or discretion.

* **Security Deposit:** A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.

* **Check-In:** A contactless check-in is offered. Your door code and instructions will be emailed three days prior to arrival, provided all necessary information has been submitted.

* **Minimum Age and Bookings:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

1 parking pass is included with your reservation. 1 additional parking pass can be purchased upon request. Please notify me before arrival if you need a 2nd parking pass so the cleaner can leave it there while she is there.

Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.

Property was exactly what we needed and what was listed. Only thing I wish we would have had was bedding for the pull out couch. We found a bottom sheet and pillows but there wasn’t a top sheet or blanket.

Our stay was outstanding! We were so impressed with the cleanliness; the place was spotless and smelled very fresh. It was very nicely decorated, just as pictured on the website. We loved the beach view from the balcony, and a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and kitchen essentials. Terry was very friendly and responsive, and the instructions for checking in and checking out were clear and timely. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and shops. It was so nice to enjoy this place with our pups, and we would highly recommend it!!
