*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for 1 vehicle. Your vehicle MUST have the parking pass FILLED OUT COMPLETELY and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed or fined by the association. Gulf Tower has limited parking, therefore only (1) parking pass is included in your reservation. No additional passes can be purchased. Luna Beach Properties will have the pass inside your unit on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.

*PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.
